What’s covered:

What’s not covered:

  • Damage from accidents, mishandling, or poor storage.

  • Normal wear — scratches, fading, or small marks that come with use.

  • Issues caused by water, heat, or exposure to harsh conditions.

  • Repairs done by someone not authorized by Elsa Households.

This warranty belongs to the original buyer only — it can’t be transferred if you pass the item on.


2. How to Make a Warranty Claim

If something stops working properly within the warranty period, here’s how to get help:

Step 1 – Reach Out

Let us know your order number, what’s wrong, and attach a few photos or a short video if you can. That helps us assess things faster.

Step 2 – Review
Our team will take a look and may ask you to return the item for checking.
Once we confirm it’s a manufacturing issue, we’ll tell you the next steps.

Step 3 – Shipping
If your claim qualifies, Elsa Households will cover the return shipping.
Please pack the product safely to prevent extra damage in transit.

Step 4 – What Happens Next
Depending on the situation, we will either:

  • Repair the product,

  • Replace it with a similar one, or

  • Send a refund if no replacement is available.


3. When the Warranty Doesn’t Apply

We can’t offer warranty coverage for issues caused by:

  • Drops, spills, or other accidents.

  • Unauthorized repairs or tampering.

  • Prolonged exposure to sunlight, moisture, or chemicals.

  • Using the product in ways not intended by the manufacturer.


4. What We’re Responsible For

Our responsibility under this warranty is limited to repair, replacement, or refund — whichever fits best.

We can’t cover indirect losses such as lost income, missed opportunities, or data loss.


5. Keeping Your Warranty Active

To keep your warranty valid:

  • Follow the care and usage instructions that come with your item.

  • Keep your proof of purchase — receipt, order confirmation, or invoice.

  • Avoid fixing or modifying the product yourself or through unauthorized shops.


6. Warranty on Replacement Items

If your product is replaced, the new one carries the remaining warranty from your first purchase or 90 days — whichever lasts longer.
The warranty period doesn’t restart when you get a replacement.


7. Policy Updates

We may update this warranty from time to time as our operations or local laws change.
Whenever we do, the latest version will appear here with a fresh effective date.
